This program seeks to address the host community’s civil society and private sector organizations (CSPSOs) lack of capacity to adequately recruit and integrate migrants and refugees, and seeks to address CSPSOs capacity to draw from and access a pool of skilled Venezuelan migrants and refugees, while building the skills of these migrants and refugees.
This community-based intervention aims to ensure Venezuelan migrants and refugees have increased access to socio-economic opportunities in their host communities through vocational assistance, training and engagement.
